Sara & Lance met while attending Utah State so decided to have their ceremony at the Logan Temple. Honestly, I've never been on those temple grounds and they were beautiful. I rode up early with my mom so had about an hour to sit outside and wait for the bride and groom. It was a beautiful day and so nice to have some time to tour the grounds and talk with some of the other visitors. Here are just a few shots from outside the temple.
The reception was held in the backyard of the bride. The family did such a beautiful job putting everything together. It was supposed to rain that night, but the weather held and it turned out to be a wonderful evening filled with food, laughter, dancing and fun.
The cake... made by the groom's mother. I loved the look they both gave each other before smashing it in the others face.
The dance. On more than one occassion Alma, Sara's dad, looked over and told me how much fun he was having. You can definitely tell from these pictures. It was so fun to watch the special relationship this father and daughter have... sort of reminds me of me and my dad. :)
